A Detox Power Hour is any 60 minutes spent in the Healing Room that includes a 30-minute ionic foot bath.
For best results, we recommend:
- 20 minutes on the Biomat
- 10 minutes on the Vibration Plate
- 30 minute Ionic Foot Bath
WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER A DETOX POWER HOUR?
Using the Biomat, Near-Infrared light, and Vibration Plate together with an ionic foot bath theoretically increases the amount of toxins removed. The Biomat increases circulation of your bloodstream. The Vibration Plate shakes toxins from the tissues into the lymphatic system and then moves the toxins from the lymph back into the blood circulation. Finally, the Ionic Foot Bath helps remove toxins that are circulating in the blood through the liver, kidneys, and GI tract.
